Job Summary

You will take orders, serve food and beverages, manage reservations and takeaway calls, and assist with table management to ensure efficient seating and smooth service across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle phone calls to manage reservations and takeaway orders efficiently
• Assist with table management to optimize seating arrangements and increase table turnover rates
• Respond promptly to guest requests and monitor customer needs to enhance their dining experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager to support daily operations
