Manage daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained while supporting assigned tasks from management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely food preparation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by implementing and monitoring hygiene standards to comply with health regulations
• Perform assigned ad-hoc duties from supervisors to support kitchen and restaurant functions
• Coordinate with team members to uphold operational efficiency and food safety across multiple locations
