Job Description

Responsibilities

Role Overview

As an Operations Intern, you will get hands-on exposure to the backbone of our business — supporting supply chain logistics, retail/showroom operations, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive candidate looking to gain real-world experience in business operations, logistics, and medical tech retail.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

  • Support stock tracking, batch inventory audits, and regular reconciliation across showroom stores and central storage.

  • Monitor product stock levels (medical devices, health monitors, accessories) and flag low-stock alerts to management.

  • Assist with order fulfillment processes, including delivery scheduling, supplier coordination, and tracking logistics pipelines.

2.

Retail & Showroom Operational Support

  • Liaise with retail floor teams to ensure optimal product display, stock replenishment, and operational compliance.

  • Assist in standardizing operational workflows (SOPs) for daily store opening/closing, stock transfers, and customer service inquiries.

  • Support the setup and operational logistics for roadshows, healthcare exhibitions, and brand pop-ups.

3.

Process Optimization & Administration

  • Help maintain digital records, vendor invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and operational documentation.

  • Assist in gathering and compiling operational data (e.g., fulfillment lead times, inventory turnover rates) to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Operations Manager and management team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems or basic data tracking tools is a plus.

  • Attributes:

    • Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.

    • Proactive problem-solver with a strong "can-do" attitude.

    • Excellent communication skills in English to liaise across retail, warehouse, and corporate teams.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
