Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a service-oriented Customer Service Executive to provide professional assistance to customers across Singapore and Malaysia. As a key point of contact, you will manage customer enquiries through phone and email, coordinate service appointments, follow up on outstanding cases and support daily administrative operations.

The successful candidate should have prior call-centre experience, clear communication skills and the ability to remain calm and helpful when managing customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to general customer emails promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer enquiries and provide accurate information, advice and appropriate solutions.
  • Manage customer complaints calmly while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
  • Follow up on pending cases and keep customers informed until resolution.
  • Record customer interactions and update case information accurately in the relevant systems.
  • Deliver a service experience consistent with the standards expected of a premium brand.

Service Coordination

  • Plan and manage appointments for the Customer Service Technical Team.
  • Coordinate with technicians and internal departments regarding service requests.
  • Monitor open and outstanding service jobs and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and process service reports and quotations for the Malaysia team.
  • Support vacuum cleaner service appointments and related Care Centre activities.

Administration and Operations

  • Maintain accurate customer and service records through data entry and CRM systems.
  • Manage selected inventory at the Care Centre.
  • Coordinate courier arrangements for internal departments.
  • Support stationery ordering and pantry inventory replenishment.
  • Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Prior call-centre experience is required.
  • Good verbal communication skills with clear and confident phone etiquette.
  • Good written communication skills for email and chat support.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer concerns.
  • Able to manage complaints and difficult conversations calmly.
  • Resourceful in providing solutions, advice and appropriate next steps.
  • Strong follow-up, organisation and administrative skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and accurate data-entry skills.
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing or customer service systems is preferred.
  • Able to learn new internal software and service tools quickly.
  • Comfortable coordinating with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience coordinating technical-service or field-service appointments.
  • Experience preparing quotations, service reports or customer documentation.
  • Exposure to household appliances, consumer electronics, retail or other service-oriented industries.
  • Professional, patient and customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple open cases.
