Job Description

• Update and manage employee records.
• Preparation relevant letters to effect staff movements (appointment, resignation, transfers, confirmation, promotions, warning letters etc).
• Responsible for the documentation of new hires; up-to-date, training records and accurate information intact.
• Proper documentation is keep in employees' P files.
• Handle work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc. via WPOL/EPOL.
• Training application to grants return to company on the entire process.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Equip with minimum 3 years of relevant experience on fast paced organization.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Team player with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Well-organised, meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Problem solver - able to adjust and resolve issues.
• Cheerful disposition with a positive can-do spirit.
• Knowledge of EPE software will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Suite.
• Well versed in Excel
