Job Summary

Manage and lead daily retail outlet operations to achieve sales targets, optimize store performance, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead, train, and supervise retail staff to enhance team performance and service quality
• Prepare staff schedules and assign duties to optimize workforce productivity
• Drive sales growth by achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to maintain availability
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness to enhance customer experience
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
• Manage cashiering processes, daily sales reports, and stock records accurately
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe work environment
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support business needs
