Vegetable Wholesale | Full-Time | Mid-Career Switchers Welcome

We are a local vegetable wholesale company supplying restaurants and retail customers across Singapore.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our operations team.

This role is supported under the Workforce Singapore Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and includes structured on-the-job training, making it ideal for Singaporeans or PRs seeking a stable role and a mid-career transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vegetable orders, deliveries, and warehouse arrangements

• Monitor inventory levels, shelf life, and basic loss records

• Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and suppliers

• Update order and inventory records using Excel or simple systems

• Support daily supply chain and operations coordination

Who We Welcome

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (SC / PR)

• Mid-career candidates aged 45–55 are strongly encouraged to apply

• No prior supply chain or wholesale experience required

• Basic computer skills (Excel / documentation)

• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to communicate with different teams

Candidates with backgrounds in administration, operations support, customer service, sales support, or coordination roles may be especially suitable.

Salary & Employment Details

• Monthly salary: S$3,500 – S$3,800 (depending on experience)

• Full-time 6-month contract (with opportunity for conversion to permanent role)

• CPF contributions provided
