About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manager / Business Development Manager to grow our strategic partnerships and business ecosystem for our on-demand mobility platform in Singapore.

You will build and manage partnerships that benefit our drivers, customers, merchants and business partners. This includes working with banks, payment providers, retailers, F&B brands, automotive companies, insurance providers, government agencies and other organisations.

Your goal is to grow our customer base, attract and retain drivers, increase bookings, and create long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Build Strategic Partnerships
i) Develop and execute partnership plans to support business growth.

ii) Identify, approach and secure new business partners.

iii) Build partnerships with:

• Banks and payment providers
• Retail and F&B businesses
• Lifestyle and entertainment brands
• Automotive and EV partners
• Insurance companies
• Telecommunications companies
• Government agencies and industry associations

iv) Build long-term relationships with partners.

v) Negotiate partnership terms and manage contracts.

2. Merchant Partnerships & Customer Growth
i) Work with merchants and brands to provide attractive benefits for customers.

Examples include:

• Discount vouchers
• Cashback offers
• Rewards programmes
• Membership benefits
• Exclusive promotions
• Joint marketing campaigns

ii) Responsibilities include:

• Secure co-funding from partners for marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to increase:
  - Brand awareness
  - New customer sign-ups
  - App usage
  - Ride bookings
  - Customer retention

• Gather customer feedback through surveys and focus groups.
• Improve campaigns based on customer feedback and campaign results.
• Track campaign performance such as:
  - Voucher redemption
  - Booking growth
  - Customer engagement
  - Return on Investment (ROI)

3. Driver Partnerships & Benefits
i) Develop programmes that provide more value for our drivers.
ii) Examples include:

• Fuel discounts
• Vehicle purchase, rental and leasing
• EV charging benefits
• Insurance
• Financing options
• Healthcare
• Skills training
• Lifestyle discounts

iii) Work closely with the Driver Operations team to improve:

• Driver recruitment
• Driver activation
• Driver engagement
• Driver retention

4. Business & Growth Opportunities
i) Identify new business and partnership opportunities.
ii) Explore joint ventures and strategic collaborations.
iii) Prepare business proposals and financial analysis.
iv) Present recommendations to senior management.

5. Work Across Teams
