Responsibilities

About the Role

Art of Loving seeks a warm, organised, and proactive Studio Services Coordinator to support daily operations for education, studio, and community initiatives. This hybrid role supports a music school and multi-purpose studio by managing lesson enquiries, bookings, rentals, workshops, and administrative tasks.

Employment Terms

Gross Salary: SGD 1,800 per month

  • Statutory CPF contributions
  • One day of paid annual leave accrued monthly
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Minimum employment commitment until 30 April 2027

Working Locations

  • Blend of 2 day remote / 3 day on-site.
  • The Vocal Studio Singapore (Near Somerset)
  • Tiny Mighty Studio (Joo Chiat)

On-site duties include welcoming students and clients, preparing studios, coordinating bookings, supporting events, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Student & Lesson Services

  • Respond to lesson enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and other channels
  • Guide prospective students through enquiry and registration processes to secure bookings
  • Coordinate lesson schedules, managing rescheduling and changes
  • Liaise with instructors to align schedules and availability
  • Follow up with prospective and current students to confirm bookings and attendance
  • Prepare invoices and monitor payment status to ensure timely collections
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and booking information

Studio Booking & Rental Coordination

  • Respond to studio rental and venue hire enquiries
  • Prepare and send quotations and booking confirmations to clients
  • Follow up with clients before events to confirm details and requirements
  • Arrange requested equipment and additional services to meet client needs
  • Coordinate venue access and manage event logistics for smooth operations

Working Arrangement

  • 32-hour per week hybrid position with flexible hours by mutual agreement
  • Suggested hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Preferred Saturday hours: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, or incorporated into weekday schedule
  • Remote work supported for administrative tasks; availability required for on-site duties
