Our client is a well-established and reputable logistics company in Singapore, providing end-to-end supply chain and warehousing solutions to government and commercial customers. They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage the end-to-end accounts receivable function,

• Perform month-end accrual activities. 
• Maintain accurate posting and financial records. 
• Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes. 
• Monitor GRIR and timely payment processing. 
• Communicate with internal stakeholder on collection / payment queries. 
• Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system using double-entry accounting. 
• Enter accurate data into the accounting system. 
• Use relevant infocomm technology systems and tools effectively for data analysis. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy
• Experience with using SAP is advantageous.
