Responsibilities
Gain valuable hands-on experience by supporting our recruitment team and learning how the hiring process works behind the scenes!
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months (Full-Time)
What You'll Do
Support the recruitment team in identifying and screening suitable candidates
Assist in shortlisting candidate profiles for recruiter review
Help coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records
Provide administrative and operational support for daily recruitment activities
Assist with ad-hoc projects and team initiatives
Who We're Looking For
Degree students from any discipline
Enjoy meeting and communicating with people
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
No experience required – structured training and mentorship provided
