Our client is a well-established real estate owner and developer with a strong portfolio of commercial assets across Singapore. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their commercial properties and ensure operational excellence across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties
• Oversee maintenance, repair and asset enhancement works to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
• Conduct regular property inspections and recommend improvement initiatives
• Manage vendors, contractors and service providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency
• Administer service contracts including renewals, negotiations and performance reviews
• Prepare and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets while monitoring expenditure
• Coordinate tenant handovers, fit-outs, reinstatement and renovation works
• Handle tenant feedback and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire safety requirements and building standards
• Work closely with the Leasing and Asset Management teams to support leasing activities and asset enhancement projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of commercial property management experience
• Strong knowledge of building operations, vendor management and maintenance works
• Experience managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets and contracts
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
