JOB DESCRIPTION

-    Responsible for developing and administering New Hire Orientation.

-    Provide hands on leadership and technical skills to manage day-to-day training requirements.

-    Work with engineer and supervisors to ensure all employees are properly trained.

-    Follow up with employees after training to ensure they are follow SOP.

-    Evaluating learners’ progress.

-    Maintain and monitor accuracy of training records each operator

-    Monitoring operator performance output, quality, safety - OJT

-    Preferably with good communication skills and supervision skills.

-    Qualify a new operator after training – training record.
