Job Description

Responsibilities

Jobs Responsibilities:

-          Monitor and update daily cash flow records.

-          Manage set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), expenses.

-          Handle suppliers’ payments and customers’ receipts and ensuring accurate bank reconciliation.

-          Handle petty cash claims and any reimbursement.

-          Prepare journal entries for accruals, adjustments, and other accounting transactions.

-          Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

-          Assist with month-end closing, audit schedules, and preparation of supporting documents.

-          Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Jobs Requirements:

-          Diploma, Higher Nitec, LCCI, or other relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

-          At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience is preferred.

-          Fresh graduates with relevant accounting qualifications are welcome to apply.

-          Basic understanding of accounting principles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with accounting data.

-          Experience working with SAP B1 will be an advantage.

-          Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

-          Able to manage multiple priorities and meet monthly reporting deadlines.

-          Willing to learn, take initiative, and work independently with appropriate guidance.
