Location: East

Work Hours: 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends

(Mon-Fri 12.30pm-9.30pm, Sat and Sun 8.30am-6.30pm)

Salary: Up to $2,800

Job Scope:

• Handle customer enquiries, course enrolments, and recommend suitable programmes
• Manage class schedules, student records, payments, and daily centre administration
• Build strong relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service
• Support centre operations, events, and ensure smooth day-to-day running

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma qualification
• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience (education/enrichment preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace with good organisational skills
• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
