Roles and Responsibilities.

• To assist in the implementation of clinical policies, procedures and practice including utilization of new technologies.
• To assist the specialist doctors with the endoscopic procedures and ensure that appropriate documentation is done.
• To participate in quality improvement initiatives/ projects according to ESS strategic work plan.
• To participate in the implementation of clinical practices including utilisation of new technologies, regular clinical nursing audits to ensure the standards of care is of high quality.
• To participate in the review nursing protocols, policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
• To assist Nurse Manager (NM)/Nurse Clinician (NC) on scheduling of staff to ensure the appropriate skill mix and competencies are in adequate proportion to number of cases scheduled on a daily basis.
• To ensure correct billing of consumables used and procedures performed for patients.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board Practicing Certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience in Endoscopy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
