• Up to $3,500 (based on experience)
• Mon–Thu: 8.30am – 5.30pm & Fri: 8.30am – 4.30pm
• 2 months (convertible to perm)

Job Scope:

• Manage full order-to-delivery process (PO to customer delivery)
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain & Warehouse
• Handle commercial aspects of orders & ensure compliance
• Liaise with customers on order status & resolve issues
• Prepare shipping documents (DO, invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO)
• Support import/export shipments & freight coordination
• Track shipments & provide timely updates
• Prepare sales forecast & highlight delays/issues
• Review freight costs & support quotation stage
• Handle L/C documentation & ensure accurate Incoterms usage

Requirements:

• Experience in order processing / shipment coordination
• Good SAP knowledge preferred
