Job Description:

1. Procedure and method of performing venipuncture;

2. Adherence to all set procedures, methodology of testing and Standard Operating Procedures of ISO 9001 and other relevant certification;

3. Liaise with relevant Department PIC within Group to ensure medical test runs smoothly;

4. Assisting Pharmacist/Manager in handling of walk-in customers, i.e. answering customer enquiries, directing customer to the appropriate departments, introducing the Group’s services and products to the customer etc;

5. Participating in sales and business development activities of the Company;

6. Administration training works, ethics and industry knowledge;

7. To communicate clearly and enthusiastically with customers to ensure high quality service;

8. To answer customer enquiry via various channels (email, phone, live chat, etc.);

9. To solve problems in an efficient and timely manner;

10. To work with personnel from different department to complete a work process;

11. To coordinate appointments between doctors and patients;

12. Oversee and manage day-to-day business and administrative operations.

13. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

14. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

15. Maintain accurate business records and prepare regular reports for management.

16. Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely follow-ups.

17. Manage procurement, inventory, and office supplies.

18. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.

19. Support HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding.

20. Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.

21. Monitor project progress and provide administrative support to various departments.

22. Other assignments as and when given by the Management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Biology, Chemistry, Science & Technology, Biotechnology, or equivalent.

• No work experience required.

• Fresh graduates are welcomed.

• Having a Good Clinical Practice Certificate (GCP) is an added advantage

• Training will be provided.
