Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee, improve and support Recruitment and Selection – Office Staff and Worker
2. Oversee, improve and support Onboarding of new hire and offboarding of resigned/terminated staff
3. Oversee, review and approve full spectrum of Payroll Administration
4. Oversee, review and approve Benefits Administration
5. Oversee, improve and perform Records Management
6. Oversee and improve the Training Administration monitoring and processing for HR team
7. Oversee, perform and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
8. Oversee the HR Assistant/HR Executives/Senior HR Executive’s day-to-day operations
9. Develop and implement procedure and work manuals for HR Department
10. Assist SS Head on manpower planning and performance management for shared services
11. Ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time

Education Required:

• At least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or equivalent.

Experience Required:

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a HR Generalist role.
• Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and Employment Practices.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Pro-active, self-motivated, and attentive to details.
• Ability to handle sensitive and high level of confidential information with discretion and resolve HR-related issues.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability of work experience in Construction or Manufacturing Industry will be an-added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications and HR Software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritizein a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Team player with theability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
