Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Delivers technical advisory and supervision over particular aspect, phase and/or specialization in order to support the delivery of water treatment construction projects to ensure clean and safe water supply as per customer’s specifications in the food and beverage industries.

Key Activities

In the field of project management and engineering:

Independently deliver all aspects of acquired water treatment including:

1.       Building and executing project schedules and assuring timely project phases delivery

2.       Maintain accurate project documentation and participate in post-installation reviews and handovers.

3.       Prepare and improve detailed water treatment engineering drawings, such as technological diagrams, flow charts, P&IDs, and site layouts.

4.       Ensure systems are installed incompliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

5.       Supervision over and/or independent technical on-side works aimed at assuring compliant delivery of water treatment solution (system commissioning when necessary)

6.       Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues in a timely manner.

7.       Contribute in technical and commercial proposal preparation for new and existing customers, gaining useful knowledge including price calculation/evaluation, supplier equipment selection and plant shipping methodologies.

Preferred Education

Higher technical education, preferably a degree in engineering (civil, chemical, or environmental).

Required Critical Knowledge and Experience

Experience with the use of AUTOCAD software will be an advantage.

Love for water and a strong interest in developing a technical career in the field of water treatment.

Possess a can-do spirit to carry out duties assigned independently and with commitment

Positive nature with growth mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Enjoys working with colleagues in an international environment set up and able to travel (Our customers are 99% overseas!).

Ability to multi-task and can cope well under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
