Responsibilities:

• Preparing project & tender quotation with proper follow up
• Work closely with project team in regards to project claims
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management;
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems;
• Procurement – Costing management, purchasing

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Able to read and understand floor plan / construction drawings
• Well-organized, able to work under tight timeline and most importantly Meticulous
• Required languages: English and Mandarin (to be able liaise and communicate with Mandarin-speaking production team)
• A team player that has high level of commitment to Fast track career progression work Wiling to learn
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
