About the Company

Responsibilities

• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
• Development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
• Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional event & campaigns.
• Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas.
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media broadcasting & etc.).
• Any ad hoc duties or tasks that assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in marketing or a related role.
• Familiar with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and basic market research methods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm; Saturday (alternate), 9.00am to 1.00pm.
• Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
