• Position: Finance Executive (Accounting & Reporting)
• Location: Orchard – TripleOne Somerset
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9.00am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$4,500 + AWS + VariableBonus + Up to 16 Days of Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses, budgets, management reports and other finance-related reports.
• Review audit reports and supporting accounting documents.
• Maintain accurate and properly organised accounting records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with auditors, banks and internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Support shipping and vessel-related documentation when required.
• Assist with vessel purchase and sale matters; relevant training will be provided.
• Perform other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Career Development

The successful candidate will receive training and exposureto the company’s finance operations, with the opportunity to progress into amanagerial position. As the role develops, the employee will take on broaderaccounting responsibilities, including full-set accounting and finance-teamsupervision.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Good understanding of full-set accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and financial-statement preparation.
• Candidates are not required to independently handle a complete set of accounts in the initial position, but must possess sufficient full-set accounting knowledge to support future career progression.
• Experience in month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting or audit coordination would be advantageous.
• Keen to develop into a broader finance or managerial position over time.
