Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of working experience in marketing or sales & marketing.
- Good understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
- A results-driven, organized, and independent individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in marketing premium products or brands will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products, brands, and services.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms and marketing content to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to support marketing initiatives and drive sales growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
