Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and related systems.

• Monitor daily IT operations and ensure systems are reliable, secure, and running smoothly.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, new implementations, and capacity planning.

• Manage IT vendors, contracts, service delivery, and performance.

• Implement IT security policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

• Provide technical support to end users and collaborate with departments on IT-related matters and SOP updates.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably with leadership or project exposure.

• Good knowledge of servers, storage, networks, operating systems, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

• Familiar with IT security tools, firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption, and compliance practices.

• Understanding of ITIL, ServiceNow, change management, and IT best practices.

• Good troubleshooting, project coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.

• ITIL, Project Management, Networking, or Security certifications will be an added advantage.
