Job Description:

• Lead the M&E Site Supervision team
• Work together with Site Supervision team
• Site supervision, quality control, inspection of Mechanical & Electrical Installation
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, code of practices and Employer’s in-house requirements.
• Keeping site records of all inspections, reinspections, testing & commissioning reports
• Verification of final test records, certifications, as-built drawings, and handing over documents to Employer.

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent, recognised by PE Board Singapore.
• Min. 10 years working experience in supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Installations.
• Working experience in Public Project, Institution, Infrastructures, High-End Residential or Commercial Buildings is preferred.
• Experience in Addition & Alteration Works
• Supervision experience in conservation project will be an added advantage.
• Certification with IES/ACES will be an added advantage
