Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Cloud Engineer (EAI) to join the central team responsible for managing and running the EAI platform that enables seamless data exchanges within internal ICT systems and with external partners.

This role involves migrating, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering EAI platforms in both production and non-production environments, while ensuring adherence to ICT and IT compliance requirements. It is ideal for technically motivated professionals with a strong foundation in scripting or programming and experience with middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, administer, and maintain EAI platforms such as file transfer systems and API gateways.

• Perform platform migrations, upgrades, configuration changes, and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Ensure platform compliance with ICT policies (e.g., IM8) and governance standards.

• Monitor platform performance and implement operational improvements to ensure reliability and availability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support smooth data integrations.

• Maintain technical documentation, configuration backups, and operational procedures.

• Assist with backend scripting/programming for automation and platform maintenance.

• Participate in project implementations, testing, and change management activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• Hands-on experience with EAI platforms, middleware, or backend systems.

• Technical foundation in scripting/programming languages for system administration and automation.

• Experience with AWS services setup or equivalent cloud platforms is advantageous.

• Familiarity with ICT and IT compliance frameworks (e.g., IM8) is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
