As we expand our online footprint, we're seeking a creative, data-minded E-Commerce Executive to help manage our online store, optimize conversion funnels, and scale our digital sales channels.

What You’ll Do

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will own day-to-day storefront operations and play a key role in executing our digital sales strategy. You will:

• Storefront Management: Maintain and optimize our online stores ([e.g.,, Amazon, WooCommerce, Shopee, Lazada, Redmart, FPonline), ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and visual merchandising.

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor user journeys and site performance to continuously improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and overall UX.

• Campaign Execution: Coordinate online promotional activities, product launches, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns alongside the marketing team.

• Inventory & Fulfillment: Track stock availability, liaise with supply chain teams to prevent stock-outs, and ensure smooth order fulfillment workflows.

• Data & Analytics: Monitor daily sales, traffic trends, and KPI reports (using tools like Google Analytics) to deliver actionable performance insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce site management or digital merchandising.

• Platform Proficiency: Experience with major platforms.

• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with web analytics, basic excel/sheets reporting, and customer behavior metrics.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous when it comes to product imagery, copywriting, pricing accuracy, and site navigation.

• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams.
