In this role, you will lead and optimize outbound transportation and distribution strategies to ensure seamless delivery across all market channels.

• Strategize and direct outbound distribution and fleet operations to maximize delivery performance and load efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with warehouse, supply chain, and sales teams for end-to-end fulfillment.
• Manage service provider relationships, negotiate transport contracts, and monitor vendor compliance against performance standards.
• Establish route optimization models and leverage operational data to control logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
• Oversee team performance, ensuring compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and customer service commitments.

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the FMCG sector, with dedicated expertise in outbound transportation management.
• Strong working knowledge of distribution processes, route planning, and fleet management.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tier-1 ERP systems, and business intelligence reporting tools.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with strong operational problem-solving skills.
