Education: Diploma in Accounting
Experience: 1-3 years
Nationality: Malaysians Only
Own transport: None
Responsibilities
- In charge of accounts payable cycle from updating invoice to payment
- Prepare estimated payment listing for the month
- Obtain approval for payment to vendors in different mode of payment
- Perfome reconciliation of vendor’s statement of accounts
- Ensure purchase orders are in compliance with authorisation and approval limits
- Ensure to distribute payment to venors on a timely basis
- To assist in in stock count procedure
- To assist in yearly financial audit
- Perform any other duty as and when assigned by superior.
