Our client is seeking a meticulous and motivated TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in leading and managing technical service operations by overseeing medical equipment installation, maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely customer support, service performance, resource management, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical service team including service engineers and technicians
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment
• Ensure timely response to customer service requests and technical issues
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and post-sales service
• Work closely with sales and application teams to support customers and projects
• Manage service KPIs, service reports, and performance monitoring
• Oversee spare parts inventory and service resources
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in servicing medical equipment including imaging equipment
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with hospitals and healthcare professionals
