What You'll Do:
Manage and optimize IT asset lifecycle processes within ServiceNow
Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT operations and asset management
Maintain accurate documentation of assets and operational procedures
Support the implementation of new features and enhancements in ServiceNow

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or asset management
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus
