Low code Engineer - Out system - Senior Developer and Architect

Build, maintain and take technical ownership of complex or high risk platform functionality on out Systems, including legacy system integration.

1. Delivery features through the full sprint cycle
2. Diagnose and resolve platform limitation directly where possible; escalate to Solution Architect only where resolution requires an architecture level trade off
3. Review code and mentor Consultant level engineer, acting as the first quality gate before Solution Architect review
4. Manage deployment lifecycle and performance optimization for higher complexity or legacy adjacent modules in a live product/system
5. Support Solution Architect in translating architecture blueprints into buildable technical tasks for the team

• 7 + years Out Systems development experience
• Out Systems certification (OutSystems Expert Developer or higher)
• Demonstrated integrating legacy systems into a modern platform
• Experience in agile-scrum methodology and end-to-end project lifecycle
• Experience building government or public sector digital products

• Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
• Experience in handling legacy tech systems.
