- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to align with organisational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimise cost management and efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations on financial strategies and planning.
- Manage cash flow and working capital requirements effectively.
- Support audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10 years working experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing sector is an advantage.
- Attractive salary package between MYR 12,000 and MYR 15,000 monthly
- Additional allowances to complement the base salary.
