Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Marketing role is based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Marketing team member will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions and face-to-face brand activities. Daily tasks include assisting with market research, preparing marketing materials, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and helping track campaign performance. The role also involves engaging with potential and existing customers, providing clear information about products and services, and supporting sales efforts to increase brand visibility and revenue. The Junior Marketing professional will collaborate closely with senior colleagues to learn and apply best practices in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and customers.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning and execution.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills and an interest in face-to-face marketing to help drive revenue and brand awareness.
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur and collaborate within a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
