With a strong track record in engineering excellence, we are expanding our footprint and seeking a dynamic Business Development Engineer / Manager to drive growth and partnerships.

Your Role

As our Business Development Engineer / Manager, you will:

• Identify and secure new infrastructure projects across Malaysia and the region.
• Build strong relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
• Lead tendering and proposal preparation, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness.
• Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and contractors.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to guide company strategy.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure alignment with company targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5–8 years’ experience in business development within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of post-tensioning systems and bridge erection methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
