ARCAlliance Hiring! Full Time Graduate Architect (Part II Architect) in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are seeking a motivated Architect (Part II) to join our growing team. This is a good opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a diverse range of projects from concept to construction, within a collaborative and design-driven environment.

Requirements :

·     Degree in Architecture (Part II qualification)

·     Preferably 3 – 5 years of architectural experience in design development, contract documentation and contract administration.

·     Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit is an advantage.

·     Good communication and coordination skills.

·     Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Fresh gradates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Graduate Architect position and offered a remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities :

·     Assist in design development, authority submission, tender documentation and contract administration.

·     Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.

·     Prepare drawings, specifications and project documentation.
