We’re Hiring: Sales Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and organized Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Business Development, or Commercial Operations.

• Strong experience in sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and process improvement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge or experience in using AI tools to improve productivity and business processes is an advantage.

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales operations and processes.

• Monitor sales pipelines, opportunities, quotations, sales orders, and revenue forecasts.

• Prepare sales reports, KPIs, forecasts, and performance analysis.

• Improve sales processes, workflows, and reporting systems.

• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Project, Technical, and other departments.

• Oversee quotations, proposals, tenders, contracts, and other sales documentation.

• Manage CRM systems, sales databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Support sales planning, target monitoring, and business growth initiatives.
