We’re now looking for an Junior SEO Specialist who’s passionate about helping small businesses thrive online, and who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of SEO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and develop actionable SEO strategies.
  • Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimizations for client websites.
  • Develop content briefs and collaborate with content writers (or AI tools) to produce SEO-optimized content.
  • Monitor and report on website performance using SEO tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS.
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Good understanding of website structure, indexing, and crawling.
  • Proficient in AI tools for research and content writing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills — able to manage multiple clients and projects.
  • Knowledge in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and SGE (Search Generative Experience) is a plus but not compulsory.
