- Monitor and support daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, Security protocol, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in audits and compliance assessments.
- Support equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
- Work with vendors and contractors on equipment upgrades and technical solutions.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety, Quality and Securityculture within the production environment.
- Maintain accurate engineering and production documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic and Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
- Experience with process control, automation and manufacturing equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
