We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical & Automation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of factory equipment and machinery through effective preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance activities on factory electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Carry out corrective maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical, automation, and mechanical-related issues within the factory.
- Attend to machine breakdowns, identify faults, and perform necessary repairs to restore production operations efficiently.
- Conduct inspection, testing, and servicing of equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and submit breakdown reports, maintenance records, and job reports to the Supervisor.
- Provide technical support and assistance to the Supervisor in maintenance-related activities and improvement projects.
- Assist in troubleshooting and improving machine performance to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely according to company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Perform any other duties, special projects, or assignments as required by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in factory equipment maintenance, electrical systems, and automation troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle machine breakdown situations.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
