Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Highly fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia** (Trilingual capability is essential for daily

operations, internal team collaboration, and asset preparation).

• Education: Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree** in any field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply! No prior professional livestreaming experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Attributes: Outgoing, high-energy, and confident in front of the camera with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion: Deeply interested in the TikTok Shop e-commerce ecosystem and social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Live Stream Hosting: Conduct and host daily TikTok live streams**, focus on product presentations, feature demonstrations, and driving sales conversions.
• Audience Engagement: Interact actively with viewers, manage live room atmosphere, answer inquiries, and maintain high engagement levels to boost retention.
• Script & Flow Preparation: Assist in developing live stream scripts, campaign flows and promotional strategies.
• Operations Synergy: Coordinate closely with the backend operations team to align product sequencing, vouchers, and sample inventory.
• Career Growth / Fast Track: Outstanding performers will be*mentored and trained into Live Stream Operations or Management roles**, with opportunities to lead local talent teams and manage MCN backend operations.
