Key Responsibilities
- Assists in recruitment in hiring, from sourcing candidates to onboard .
- Handle general administrative duties including answering phones, responding to emails, making appointments and oversee office supplies inventory.
- Maintain/upkeep employees records, attendance, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to management and/or another department as needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and expenses monitoring, ensuring adherence to Company policies.
- Ensure the consistent application of the company HR policies and guidelines.
- In Charge of ISO procedures and audits.
- Assist in maintenance, mailing, shipping and purchasing request.
- Handle Purchase orders, liaise with external providers and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle new application and renewal company licenses, maintain compliances with state, Federal and local labor and employment laws.
- Provide administrative support to Administrative Manager for payroll processing requirement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration /Human Resources Management or any related Fields.
- Strong knowledge of business administration and human resources management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skill, coupled with a customer service -oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven working experience as HR/Admin Executive.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality is vital.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
