Join Our Growing Automotive Team!

Are you passionate about helping customers and providing excellent service? We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, solving problems, and delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert enquiries into sales opportunities and achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, explain promotions, and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Follow up on customer cases to ensure satisfactory resolution and a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service while contributing to the company's sales growth and customer retention.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Customer Support, Call Centre, Sales, or related fields is an advantage.
• Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to convert customer enquiries into sales will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Target-driven with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and results-oriented.
