What You'll Do:

• Welcome and engage with walk-in and online enquiries.
• Understand each person's fitness goals and recommend the right membership.
• Conduct club tours and create an amazing first impression.
• Follow up with potential members and build lasting relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support gym events, promotions, and member engagement activities.
