1.0 Responsibility & Authority:

1.1 Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair

1.2 Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs

1.3 Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing fridge (industry fridges), air-conditioner, wiring and plumbing, and repairing doors and other building fixtures

1.4 Performs routine maintenance on building systems

1.5 Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities

1.6 Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance

1.7 Performs other related duties as assigned by superior

2.0 Competency criteria:

3.0 Qualification & Experience:

3.1 A relevant diploma, certification, or license may be required

3.2 Knowledge of general carpentry and repair and equipped with some technical cert (wiring, plumbing, fridge and air-conditioner)

3.3 Have at least 2 to 5 years of working experience in technical field

3.4 Have driving license

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
