We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just use AI to generate content.

We need a hands-on AI specialist who has experience building real automation workflows and is excited to help us automate our SEO operations.

You will work closely with our manager to understand our current SEO processes, identify automation opportunities, and turn these processes into practical, reliable workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the manager to design and build SEO automation workflows
• Understand existing SEO processes and identify tasks that can be automated
• Build, test and improve workflows using AI and automation tools
• Connect different tools, data sources and platforms
• Troubleshoot workflow errors and improve output quality
• Document each workflow so the team can use and maintain it
• Research and experiment with new AI tools
• Continuously suggest better and faster ways to complete our work

Examples of workflows may include:

• Keyword research and clustering
• Competitor and SERP analysis
• SEO content briefs and content creation
• Content optimization and quality checking
• Internal linking recommendations
• WordPress content publishing
• SEO reporting and data processing
• Multi-platform content repurposing

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience with Claude, Codex and other AI tools
• Experience building actual automation workflows
• Familiarity with platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools
• Able to translate a manual process into a clear and reliable automated workflow
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Fast learner who enjoys testing new tools and ideas
• Proactive, curious and comfortable experimenting independently
• Able to work closely with the manager and improve workflows based on feedback

SEO experience is highly preferred.

However, you do not need to be an SEO expert. Our manager will provide the SEO knowledge and processes. Your responsibility is to understand them and help turn them into effective automation systems.

This Role Is Not for Someone Who:

• Only uses ChatGPT for basic content generation
• Has watched automation tutorials but has never built a working workflow
• Waits for step-by-step instructions before testing a solution
• Is not interested in learning new tools regularly
