Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation of tender and contracts submission.

2. Conduct and monitor contractual obligation and project compliance in accordance to the clients and consultants requirements.

3. Assist in monitoring project cash flow.

4. Handle progress payment and verify final certificate and payment to Sub-Contractor and supplier.

5. Evaluate data for project cost estimate.

6. Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety and Environmental policy regulations and guidelines.

7. Ensure adherence to ABMS Procedures, ABAC Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, MACC Act 2009 regulations and guidelines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
