KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR TASKS

• To source new suppliers and materials in market through internet, yellow pages, or walk-in and incoming calls from new suppliers & etc.
• To do comparison on pricing, terms, quality of products, delivery lead-time, stock availability and etc.
• To negotiate terms and prices with suppliers
• Prepare documents for application for new account (Credit Application form to supplier).
• Prepare standard price list for all OEM Products (in-house and external project)
• To assist accounts department on the supplier's accounts matters
• Work closely with sales & marketing and accounts department by sharing latest information
• To ensure factory visit with proper arrangement and approval from our HOD
• To host products briefing by write in or call to suppliers for confirmation of product knowledge
• Follow-up on the outcome from suppliers regarding rejected or broken items
• Assist in any additional duties and assignment will be given as and when necessary.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

- Responsible for the sourcing & procurement of building material. Ensure compliance to the standard operating procedures & assist in achievement of department objectives.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
