What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
• Plan, carry out, monitor and report on scheduled M&E checks.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive maintenance programmes as per schedule.
• Ensure all new installations and maintenance are safe, correct and legal.
• Administer, supervise, and coordinate facility team & contractors and ensure safety regulations are compiled while carrying out their duties.
• Respond and report appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:

• Possess a valid Chargeman A4 Certificate of Competency.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working under a Property Management Office managing commercial, residential, retail, or mixed-development buildings.
• Able to work on shift, including weekends or public holidays if required.
• Good understanding of building, maintenance processes and documents.
